Review process
After submission, the manuscript has the author's identity removed by AI and is pre-screened by three local LLMs; then is forwarded to an editor, who assigns anonymous peer-reviewers. The author tracks status and receives the decision letter directly on the dashboard — and also receives notification e-mails. There is no charge for publishing in HTSJ.
DOI and indexing
Every published article is assigned a DOI (Digital Object Identifier), making it permanently citable. With the author's authorization, articles are deposited on Zenodo — CERN's open research repository — which grants long-term preservation and automatic indexing in OpenAIRE. Article pages also carry the scholarly metadata required for discovery on Google Scholar.
